Who doesn’t want to achieve Kate Moss’s tousled locks? If your own hair doesn’t work with the ‘rolled out of bed look’, use the tips and products below to create some natural texture in less than 10 minutes each morning.
1. If your hair has just been freshly washed, blow-dry it on a low heat (cool if your hairdryer has the function) and tip your head upside down – this will give your hair some extra volume. Remember to alternate the hair in different directions as you’re drying it. This helps to stimulate the follicle, which is really important.

2. Use a backcomb on the crown of your head and lightly mist with some hairspray for added volume.
CHI Turbo Backcomb Brush, $14
3. To keep the hair from getting too crispy or sticky, use a natural bristle brush from root to tip. This also helps to tease the hair out and will leave you with a nice layer of volume afterwards.
Lady Jayne Classic Pad Brush, $19.49
4. To use the styling balm for Kate’s exact look, her best friend and hairdresser James Brown has created the ultimate mist to keep your hair intact all day long. Rub it between your fingers and apply directly into the roots of your hair.

You may recognise this Russian beauty as the face of Calvin Klein Euphoria perfume, a role she has held since 2006. She has four children and will also appear in the infamous Pirelli Calendar in 2015, alongside fellow rich list member, Adriana Lima.
Twenty-one years after Kate Moss’s Calvin Klein campaign debut in 1993 the young beauty Lottie Moss is following in the footsteps of the supermodel and (half) sister in a new collaboration. The debut called ‘The Re-Issue Project’ involves luxury online retailer mytheresa.com and the denim label CK Jeans from Calvin Klein.
The 16-year-old has shot the capsule collection featuring pieces from the 90’s creatively shot by photographer Michael Avedon. These nine re-issued items will be sold solely by the e-retailer from July 15.
The key pieces will comprise of versions of products worn those twenty-one years ago by Kate Moss such as boyfriend tapered, and classic jeans, Calvin Klein’s well-known and popular ‘cK’ t-shirts and jumpers, as well as 80’s style high-waisted skinny jeans originally made trendy by Brooke Shields.
Kevin Carrigan, global creative director of the Calvin Klein underwear, jeans and platinum label, spoke to WWD about the campaign, explaining the purpose behind the project as to keep the brand young and fresh for their consumers. He said:
“Lottie represents the relevant generation of today, but with a historical connection to the house of Klein. She’s cool and wears vintage clothing in her own way.
“This Calvin Klein Jeans capsule is all about a nostalgia for the Nineties and that whole look feeling very right again. It now feels like the perfect time to reissue the brand’s iconic hits to a new generation.”
The project is said to be a success, the trend around revival, op-shopping, and vintage clothing is a hit among young adult women. We are seeing a comeback with high waisted, and boyfriend jeans, the casual and laid back look is not only comfortable but looks great. Bloggers around the world such as Elle Ferguson and Amanda Shadforth are always sporting the trend.
Simplicity really is perfection.

The leopard print coat
One of Moss’ most iconic looks, her leopard print coat has been a favourite over the years – she even wore it on her recent 40th birthday celebrations. Whether you pair it with jeans and a fitted jumper, or over a little black dress, Moss has made this a wardrobe staple.

The kimono jacket
We love the addition of a floral kimono jacket to a pair of dark denim skinny jeans and basic singlet top. Topped off with layered necklaces and olive ankle boots makes the look completely unique.

The tailored blazer
Moss adds sexiness and elegance to an all-black outfit. The skin-tight leather pants and tailored blazer with satin lapels, with sheer chemise underneath, is a vampish take on the classic suit. It would be easy to over-accesorise, but Moss keeps it simple and still a statement with her hair pulled back, black satin clutch and pointed stilettos.
The wide leg jeans
She might have been responsible for ushering in the skinny jean trend, but in typical Moss fashion, she’ll often broke from the pack choosing this more relaxed bohemian chic look. Here she pairs a simple boat neck t-shirt with wide leg jeans, thick belt, open-toe sands and a simple purse. Let your hair down and enjoy the sunshine with this carefree look. The chiffon dress
Moss is never afraid to take fashion risks, and always pulls it off. On paper, it might sound like an emerald green chiffon dress would not pair well with a fitted leather jacket, but on Moss, it looks incredible. Next time you wear a feminine evening dress, take inspiration from Moss and pair it with a sleek biker jacket and bold accessories.

Which is your favourite Kate Moss style look?
Kate Moss graces the cover of the August issue of US Allure magazine looking rosy and radiant. Here’s how celebrity makeup artist Tom Pecheux created Kate’s English rose makeup look in just a few easy steps.
Tom started by lining the upper lash line with Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Black, and using ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Brown on the bottom lash line. He then dusted the shimmery beige shadow from Glam’Eyes Quad Eye Shadow in Smokey Bru over the lid, and finished with black mascara.
For those gorgeous rosy cheeks, Tom blended matte bronzer onto Kate’s cheeks, then applied Rimmel Match Perfection Blush in Light, a gorgeous peach hue that brightens up all skin tones.
To finish the look, Tom used Rimmel Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Pencil in Rose Quartz on the lips topped with a clear lip balm.

Johnny won’t ruin Vanessa’s good name
Flat note Johnny DeppJohnny Depp says he would never ask his Vanessa Paradis to marry him as it would ruin her ‘perfect name’. He said he often thought about proposing to the mother of his two children, but the name issue had held him back. “It’s so perfect and so beautiful,” Johnny said. “It would be a drag to stick her with Paradis-Depp. It’s like a flat note.” But he said he would not hesitate if she was to propose to him: “She’s the woman of my life. I would do it in a second.” Oh what a guy – so talented and thoughtful too! And so old fashioned. Not every bride chooses to ditch her surname, Johnny.
She’ll always be J-LoLopez regrets calling herself J-Lo
Jennifer Lopez has ‘fessed up that she regrets giving herself the name J-Lo. She made the admission during an interview for the US show Inside the Actor’s Studio. The New York Post reports that Lopez was not shy about stating her favourite swear words (here’s a hint, it rhymes with bucking door) even though her mum was sitting in the front row. She referred to Guadalupe Lopez as “my mom, the millionaire” – a reference to her million dollar jackpot win on the dreaded poker machines at an Atlantic City casino earlier this month. When host James Lipton asked J-Lo: “If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive?” She replied: “‘Nice going, you did your best,” and “There are no paparazzi here.” Nice to see that is all she is worried about in heaven!
Glowing with love, Kate MossKate Moss’ secret love
Rumour has it Kate Moss has fallen in love with hunky British actor Daniel Craig. Kate, 30, and the Tomb Raider star have been dating for a month after meeting through mutual friends. Kate is said by pals to be “besotted” with Daniel, 35, who starred opposite Gwyneth Paltrow in last year’s movie Sylvia. And the multi-millionaire cover girl has told friends the romance is serious. “It was love at first sight for Kate,” said a pal last week. “Daniel is bright, charming and leads a very low-key life – just what Kate’s looking for at the moment.” The friend said: “It is serious, and they both know it. Kate doesn’t want anything to rock the boat. She is blown away by him.” The friend added: “Both he and Kate want to keep things low-key. “But the sexual chemistry between them is so potent that you’d be blind not to see it. Some things you just can’t keep quiet.” The pair met after Daniel, who has an 11-year old daughter from a brief marriage in his 20s, starred with Kate’s pal Rhys Ifans, 37, in the new film Enduring Love. The news is not good for Kate’s estranged partner Jefferson Hack, father of her toddler daughter Lila Grace. He still had hopes of reviving their four-year relationship. Magazine boss Hack, 31, moved out of their London home two weeks ago, but the couple reportedly remain “good mates”.
Daryl HannahPolice quiz Daryl Hannah over Kill Bill poses
Actress Daryl Hannah has been questioned by police after she struck kung fu poses at the LA premiere of Kill Bill: Vol 2. The actress, who reportedly gets nervous when meeting the press at glitzy events, decided to hide behind her assassin character Elle Driver. She told Teen Hollywood: “I usually just race into theatres at premieres. But this time I thought I would walk in like Elle with her cocky attitude and stuff. So I went through the press line and I was standing on my car and doing kung fu and giving them the finger or whatever. Then when I came out of the theatre, there were five policemen waiting for me, wanting me to take a breathalyser test.” Hannah said they talked to her for a minute or so before letting her go: “They said: ‘Well, you seem okay.’ They couldn’t seem to understand that I was just acting. It was weird.” Only in Hollywood!
