Quick and Easy Pina Colada Recipe

Who can resist a sweet pina colada by the pool on a hot summers day? Rather than buying a pre-made mixture which probably doesn’t live up to the real thing, we’ve found the next best thing. A recipe which takes less than 5 minutes to create, and tastes absolutely delicious!

Enjoy with friends, or make yourself a sneaky drink the next time you’re lusting after something sweet.

100ml rum

180ml fresh or canned pineapple juice

50ml coconut cream



  1. Combine the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream and one cup of ice into a blender.
  2. Blend on low-medium until all of the ingredients have combined. Serve in a cocktail glass, and garnish with a piece of pineapple or sweetened cherry.
