I’ve been on the hunt for some fun autumn fashion buys – and come back with five of my favourites, from the perfect everyday bag and chic ballet flats, to the most gorgeous all-season wrap dress.
Ziera Hadley Handbag, $90
I’ve been looking for an ‘everyday bag’ for months now, but so many handbags are either too big or too small, too heavy, or too expensive. Ziera’s Hadley bag is the perfect bag to carry from work to weekend, with some clever compartments (no more losing my keys/mobile/lip balm) and it’s super stylish, with contrasting leather and sexy tassels.
Sambag Tina Leopard Print Ballets, $175
I love a little leopard print in the cooler months, especially when I wear head-to-toe black, and these ballet flats are super comfortable with a spot of blue in the leopard print, which is a nice touch.
Portmans Rib Pocket Pullover, $69
Ssh, don’t tell anyone, but doesn’t this pullover remind you of Chanel? The two-tone nude and black with pocket detail is so chic to pair with jeans, cropped black skinnies or a full skirt. Plus the fabric is an alpaca blend, which keeps you nice and snuggly on those extra chilly days.
David Lawrence Geo Print Wrap Dress, $119
Spotted this amazing wrap dress at David Lawrence this week – so Diane von Furstenberg at a quarter of the price! The stretchy (and forgiving!) jersey fabric is ideal for autumn, then just layer with tights and knee high boots for winter.
Country Road Mini Sarong Skirt, $59
Love the black and white print, which pairs beautifully with classic black tees or light sweaters, or inject some colour and texture with a red turtleneck and fur gillet. The perfect mid-season skirt.
