Tinted moisturiser

Don’t opt for full coverage foundations which can often look thick and cakey during the summer. The secret to a no-makeup look is with light, translucent products that match your skin tone. Use your hands to distribute the tinted moisturiser onto problem areas (mainly the t-zone, cheeks, and chin), then blend it out with a cosmetic sponge.

Tip: Damp cosmetic sponges such as the BeautyBlender help to create an even base by working with the skins natural oils. They set the product a lot smoother into the skin, even though they might take longer to apply.

Bronzer

Apply a touch of bronzer where the sun would naturally hit your face; forehead, nose and cheeks. A little goes a long way, so make sure to tap the excess off your brush before applying.

Highlight

For a healthy glow, apply a concentrated amount of highlighter onto the tops of your cheekbones. This gives a healthy, sun-kissed look that won’t make you look shiny.

Tip: Use a liquid highlight as it applies very smoothly onto the skin and won’t disrupt oily skin.

Eyeshadow

You could leave it with just a coat of mascara, but eyeshadow is an easy choice if you have a little extra time. Use cream shadows which apply quick and easy, then simply blend out with your fingers!

Blush

For blush, use a 2-in-1 cheek and lip tint in a soft shade of pink. It’s difficult to go wrong with liquid blush since it absorbs easily into the skin and is easy enough to fix if you’ve applied too much.
