Lady Gaga won all of the awards she was nominated for, including International Album, International Breakthrough Act and International Female Solo Artist.
The 23-year-old said: “I was really excited to win the first two awards, but this one means even more cos I was working so hard on this album for so long and I think about all the songs that I wrote and all the years that went by and all the fighting and all the rejection,” she gushed. “My fans were the first ones who believed in me. I love you so much. I am so honoured to have these awards. Thank you.”
