1. In The Shower
You might want to stay in the warm shower all morning, but a five-minute or less shower is best for your skin. Too much water actually sucks the moisture out. Softly pat dry your skin and while still damp, lather on a thick body cream or oil. We’re loving coconut oil because it’s natural and the smell sends us to sunnier days…
2. Hydrate Your Hair
Treat your hair to a weekly hair mask to lock the moisture in and keep hair healthy in the wind, rain and cold. We love Dove’s range of hair masks, which are lovely and thick and leave hair lustrous after only one application. Make it your Sunday night ritual.
3. Happy Feet (and Hands!)
During winter, nails can become more brittle, so don’t go anywhere without your hand cream. Our favourite hand creams contain shea butter which are great for nails and cuticles too. Massage in before going to bed for extra-soft hands.
